Forwards in SuperCoach 2010

Riewoldt StK $601k  21gms, 113 avg

Super pre-season. Fittest big man in AFL. Consistent due to large amount of marks collected outside the forward 50. A little over-priced. Should fly in early rounds. Therefore price drop will be minimal. Worth slotting in from the beginning.

Prediction 2010: 115 avg Worth $575k Break Even: 120

Franklin Haw $467k  21gms, 88 avg

Buddy was a pre-season lock. Looked in great form. Problem is the Hawk's two most recent injuries - Taylor & Sewell. A deficient ruck and depleted midfield mean less supply for Buddy. No longer a simple pick.

Prediction 2010: 95 avg Worth $475k Break Even: 93

Giansiracusa WB $450k  15gms, 85 avg

An old bloke, which is always a concern when picking for the start of the year. More midfield time would appear to outbalance this concern.

Prediction 2010: 100 avg Worth $500k Break Even: 90

Gray PA $450k  20gms, 85 avg

A struggling team, which isnt great. However, looks a genuine midfielder. Can kick goals too. In combination, a tasty prospect. If he attracts heavy tags, may not be worth the pick.

Prediction 2010: 100 avg Worth $500k Break Even: 90

Higgins WB $472k  17gms, 89 avg

Super talent who plays midfield & forward. Accurate kick. Higgins ticks every box apart from durability. Well known OP issues. Other, related concern is management of game time. Will he play a bit less each game as a form of coach's insurance?

Prediction 2010: 105 avg Worth $525k Break Even: 94
