SuperCoach Trade Advice for AFL Round 3

One of the most important AFL rounds for SuperCoach trading is now. An AFL player's price will change after 3 games.

Midfield

Must have: Barlow

A staggering average of 145 over the first 2 rounds sees Barlow as the value buy of the season. Tipped to increase by $160k in this one week. Assuming a continuation of his stellar run. Miss out, and be sorry.

Other tips:

A great luxury is afforded in the midfield. Two debutantes from AFL round 2. Bail & Moles - great scores for 1 game of footy. SuperCoaches can relax a little, knowing they can scout these two for inclusion next week.

Backline

Must have: Malceski

Looking super fit & agile. Knee concerns appear to be in the past. Running amok as the spare man in Sydney's defence. My tip to be the Hurn of 2010.

Other tips:

Any of Waters, Maguire & Silvagni. Cheap as chips. All presently average around 85. Can't go wrong at this price.

Forward

Must have: Riewoldt &/or Brown

A little early to make such a big call on premium players. Super impressive. Difficult to see much of a dry run in the near future. Both are SuperCoach captaincy material.

Other tips:

Peterson & Hitchcock are the best scoring rookies. Hitchcock looks to have a more secure spot in the team. Hooper's injury should help out Peterson for a few more weeks. Neither can be recommended due to selection problems (in future).

M Duncan & Dangerfield

MPP's. Could prove very effective in releasing the best MPP options for 2010 - Mid/Fwd

Dangerfield is racking up stayer scores. Duncan looks that he will improve throughout the year. Either should be looked at. Perhaps the decision will rest with how much cash can be spared.
