Top Cheap Picks in SuperCoach 2011

Andy Otten - Adelaide - Defender - $185k

Injury woes from 2010 are the only reason Otten is so cheap. May be slow to start the season. Will inevitably prove his worth when fully match fit.

Kyle Cheney - Hawthorn - Defender - $164k

Ex-Melbourne player given a 2nd chance at Hawthorn. Does tend to wreck disposal of some ball. Nonetheless, huge heart & his effort cannot be questioned.

Dyson Heppell - Essendon - Defender - $154k

Have seen enough of this lad to put him on the field for SuperCoach. Is not out of his depth at AFL level. Quite the contrary.

Robbie Campbell - Melbourne - Ruck - $104k

Rookie listed. Could well be the 3rd ruckman for Melbourne & never see a game. Still, the best pick of ruckmen at this price. Particularly due to previous AFL experience.

Andrew Krakouer - Collingwood - Forward - $201k

Has made the best in all of Collingwood's NAB Cup matches. Fit, determined & ready to make an impact.

Tom Lynch - St Kilda - Forward - $112k

Rookie listed. Usually a huge problem. Almost certain he will be upgraded. Has looked very sharp in the pre-season.

T Mzungu - Fremantle - Midfield / Forward - $110k - INJURED

Am yet to see him play. The wraps on this boy are huge though. Can be confident that if he has the talent - he will stay in the Fremantle team for the year.

Shaun McKernan - Adelaide - Forward - $110k

Will not be a prolific scorer. Looks to be an established player in the Crows starting lineup. Will be very useful bench cover for the forward line.
